Aqua Aerobics

Aqua is a great way to have fun whilst exercising.

Working out in the water has a huge amount of benefits. The water is 800x denser than air so you are working harder with every movement.

In an Aqua class you will burn fat, build strength, increase circulation and improve your stamina. And hopefully have lots of FUN!
