  • And more!

Swim4 teachers must be qualified with either the ASA, STA or equivalent to at least level one and have experience of teaching children. You will be expected to complete a DBS check, and to maintain your qualifications and CPD. Teachers will also be encouraged to undertake NPLQ or NRASTC qualifications.

Swimming teaching is a rewarding career suited to existing teachers, ex-swimmers or those seeking a career change. If you would like to consider gaining qualifications in swimming instruction, we can offer advice and signpost you to relevant courses and training providers.
